By accessing or using bignboldillustration.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

All products are hand-drawn illustration prints and stickers. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor differences and printing processes.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been received and again when it has been confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of art prints, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

Custom commission work is subject to separate pricing and timelines discussed during the inquiry process. Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Final commission artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All artwork, images, designs, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Big N' Bold Illustration and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Big N' Bold Illustration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
